"Really love the look"
I ordered from Brook & York and I really like the designs. They’re simple, but still feel a little special, if that makes sense. I wasn’t totally sure at first if I was picking something too plain, but now that I’ve worn it a bunch, I think I made the right choice. It goes with my everyday outfits without feeling too flashy, and I’ve already gotten a few small compliments on it. Really happy with how it looks.

"Sizing felt a bit smaller than expected"
I ordered from brookandyork and the piece itself was really nice, but the sizing was a little off for me. It felt smaller than what you’d expect from the photos on the site, so I had to kind of make it work. Not a huge deal, but you do wish the sizing details were a bit clearer before you buy

"Packaging was fine, I guess"
I got this sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and the packaging was alright. It looked decent enough, just nothing that really stood out or felt especially nice.

"Fast shipping, minor packaging issue"
I ordered from brookandyork.com and was surprised by how quickly everything showed up. The package arrived in just a few days, and the tracking updated like it was supposed to, which I really appreciated. The only small downside was that the packaging looked a little beat up when it got to me, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. Overall, I’m happy with how smooth the whole process was and didn’t have to reach out to anyone or wait around.
"Customer service was such a headache"
I had a frustrating time trying to get help from brookandyork.com. The replies took a while, and when they finally came through, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. Isn’t the whole point of customer service to actually help?
I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic information, which got old fast. Maybe the products are nice, who knows? But if getting a clear answer is this much work, is it really worth it?

The personalization was okay overall, but the name was a bit off, which was kind of annoying. Not a huge deal, but I did expect it to be right.

"Cute, just a little expensive"
I ordered from brookandyork it looked close to the photos, so that was nice. Shipping was totally fine, nothing weird, and the packaging was decent enough too. Not super fancy, but like... fine.
For the price, I guess I expected it to feel a bit more solid? Or maybe a little heavier, I don’t know. It’s definitely not bad, and it does look good, but it kind of feels like you’re paying for the style or the name a little bit.
I still like it and I’ll wear it, so no major complaints there. I’m just not totally sure I’d buy again at full price. If there was a sale, maybe, but overall it was a fair experience.
"Was annoyed at first, but the exchange was super easy"
I was kind of irritated when I realized my necklace wasn’t the right size. Then suddenly I was like, okay wait, this is actually fine. Support got back to me really quickly, the return label worked without any issues, and the whole exchange ended up being way less stressful than I expected.

"Started tarnishing really quickly"
I bought this hoping it would be a cute everyday piece, since I’ve been trying to wear more simple jewelry lately instead of just grabbing the same old earrings from my dresser. Unfortunately, it broke and started tarnishing within just a few weeks. I wasn’t doing anything crazy with it either, just normal wear, so that was disappointing.

"Cheap-looking and tarnished fast"
It looked cheap right away and started tarnishing after about two weeks. Not worth it.
